  • While there is a lot that I can criticize about, the Schwinn balance bike it is still a solid offering with plenty to like. Older children will love the look of the bike

A modern looking, sporty choice. The frame is made of lightweight aluminum, height adjustable seat and refillable 12″ pneumatic tires for added suspension. This is another balance bike that comes with a break, although there are less spokes for feet or hands to get caught up in.

We had this for DD and she absolutely loved it, it was so much lighter than most of her friends balance bikes, and she quickly learned how to push herself along, and she progressed quickly to a proper bicycle.

    Cannot recommend it enough

  • Since 2007 Kundo has been catching attention across Europe. The streamlined design of the Kundo "Ultralight" combined with its distinguished features made us eager to get our hands on one when we heard they were coming to the states. The Evo nicknamed the "Ultralight" is the only Kundo being imported into the country at this time but we hope to see the full lineup in the future.

Companies always want to boast about how lightweight their bike is. But it's not everyday you come across a bike that has been dubbed the "Ultralight". Not only is the Kundo Ultralight beautifully designed but it also works in a few unique features that have made us fans. For one, the Kundo weighs in at 7.1 Lbs which puts it pretty low on the weight spectrum. Most companies skimp on the tire/wheel combo to reduce weight because they are usually the heaviest part of a balance bike. But the Evo comes stock with an awesome set of over-sized tires mounted on wide wheels. This combination provides a smooth ride for little riders. In addition, we really like the unique saddle seat that has an integrated grab handle. If we had to sum up the Kundo Ultralight in three words they would be: comfortable, durable, and safe.

My son tried his cousins puky when looking for a balance bike. It was just confusing. All the kids I know put one foot up and just use one leg to push along. Defeats the purpose of learning to stride with the bike and using both legs

Certainly one of the prime factors that need to be addressed as the children have their own preferences in their abilities and interests in handling the Bike and it is also preferred to get the lightest for the kids. There are few of the Best Balance Bike out there that comes with lightest frames.
